• Define project objectives and scope in alignment with business goals, ensuring efficient delivery in collaboration with stakeholders
• Coordinate sprint planning and meetings with technical teams and stakeholders while building and maintaining relationships with mid-level and senior client representatives
• Evaluate project deliverables and drive initiatives to adopt new methodologies and tools that enhance project execution and outcomes
• Identify and mitigate risks proactively while working with quality assurance teams to embed quality planning into project workflows and deliverables
• Develop and run project estimates, monitor budget performance, and optimize resource allocation for efficiency
• Support the preparation of technical and commercial proposals, aligning them with client needs and organizational capabilities
• Engage in planning resource allocation, conduct performance appraisals, and facilitate professional development to enhance team effective

SAP Project Manager with deep expertise leading brownfield conversions to SAP S/4

HANA within regulated, pharma/life sciences environments. This role will own end‑to‑end program delivery across business functions (Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, Commercial) while ensuring strict compliance with GxP/CSV, SOX, FDA/UDI, and Pharma Quality standards. In addition, this role includes Cutover Management leadership, responsible for strategy, planning, execution, and governance of all cutover activities across business, IT, data, technical, and manufacturing sites.

The ideal candidate has hands‑on delivery of at least one S/4

HANA brownfield implementation, strong SAP Activate knowledge, proven system integrator management experience, and extensive execution of cutover cycles, mock conversions, and downtime orchestration in complex global landscapes. Program & Delivery Management Lead the end‑to‑end S/4

HANA Brownfield Conversion lifecycle: discovery → planning → build → testing → cutover → hypercare → stabilization. Own program governance: scope, budget, schedule, RAID, dependencies, KPIs, and executive reporting. Manage SAP Activate across Discover, Prepare, Explore, Realize, Deploy, Run—including hybrid Agile/Wave-based delivery. Facilitate cross‑functional governance forums, steering committees, and risk/escalation trajectories. Brownfield‑Specific Execution Drive SAP Readiness Check, Simplification Item evaluation, Custom Code Analysis, sizing, and compatibility validation.
