- PMP certification (Project Management Institute) — required.
- 7+ years of project or program management experience delivering technical, software, or marketing-technology programs.
- Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional delivery across product, engineering, and data teams on concurrent, interdependent initiatives.
- Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum delivery as well as hybrid and waterfall approaches, and with delivery tooling (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, MS Project).
- Experience in a Mar Tech, digital marketing, personalization, CRM, or retail-media ecosystem.
- Familiarity with platforms in our stack, e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), Databricks, Hightouch, Kafka, Contentstack / CMS & DAM, Live Ramp / UID
