Location: Irving, TX 75063 (Onsite/Hybrid as applicable)
We are seeking a Change Management Analyst to join our client's Digital & IT Strategy and Governance team. This role is ideal for someone with strong IT Service Management (ITSM) experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with cross‑functional teams, and has a passion for governance, process improvement, and data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of IT change requests using Service Now Change Management
. - Review, validate, and maintain change records for accuracy, compliance, approvals, and documentation.
- Coordinate and facilitate weekly Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings with engineering and business stakeholders.
- Monitor change requests to ensure adherence to governance processes and organizational policies.
- Analyze Service Now data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Create reports, dashboards, and actionable insights using Excel and Service Now data.
- Maintain change management documentation and ensure audit readiness.
- Collaborate with engineering teams, business leaders, and stakeholders to drive successful change execution.
- Track historical metrics and identify recurring risk patterns to improve operational efficiency.
- Experience managing the end-to-end IT Change Management lifecycle
. - Hands‑on experience with Service Now Change Management modules.
- Strong understanding of ITSM/ITIL processes (ITIL Foundation certification is a plus).
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, data comparison, reporting, and analysis.
- Experience facilitating Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends, risks, and process improvements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
- Ability to influence stakeholders and hold teams accountable for timely change execution.
- ITIL Foundation Certification.
- Experience with governance, compliance, and audit processes.
- Experience creating reports and dashboards from Service Now data.
- Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
