Key Responsibilities- Lead the implementation, support, maintenance, and optimization of enterprise information systems and applications.
- Develop and execute strategies that align technology solutions with organizational goals.
- Ensure application services are delivered efficiently, effectively, and in accordance with established standards.
- Support application lifecycle management, including upgrades, enhancements, integrations, and optimization initiatives.
- Recruit, onboard, develop, and retain high-performing information services professionals.
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and professional development opportunities for team members.
- Conduct performance evaluations and support employee growth plans.
- Foster a collaborative, customer-focused, and high-performance team culture.
- Monitor daily operations and service delivery to ensure effective resource utilization and workload management.
- Establish priorities and coordinate activities across multiple projects and support initiatives.
- Manage team schedules, staffing needs, productivity, and performance metrics.
- Ensure operational issues are addressed promptly and effectively.
- Lead multiple concurrent technology initiatives, system implementations, upgrades, and optimization projects.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
- Manage project scope, timelines, resources, risks, and deliverables.
- Ensure initiatives remain aligned with business requirements and organizational priorities.
- Leverage healthcare operations knowledge to support the design, deployment, and maintenance of critical systems.
- Collaborate with clinical and business leaders to understand operational needs and recommend technology solutions.
- Support system reliability, usability, performance, and adoption.
- Drive best practices in application management and healthcare technology operations.
- Assist in developing and managing departmental budgets, forecasts, and resource plans.
- Monitor expenditures and ensure effective allocation of financial and human resources.
- Support strategic planning and long-term technology investment decisions.
- Balance operational needs with financial objectives.
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve service delivery, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
- Promote continuous improvement across technology processes and workflows.
- Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and healthcare IT innovations.
- Recommend practical and cost-effective technology solutions that enhance organizational performance.
- Build strong relationships with clinical, operational, and executive stakeholders.
- Communicate project status, risks, issues, and recommendations clearly and effectively.
- Serve as a trusted advisor on information systems and technology-related initiatives.
- Support organizational change management and technology adoption efforts.
- Bachelor's Degree in:
- Computer Science

- Related field
- 3+ years of leadership experience in Information Technology or Information Services.
- Experience managing teams within a healthcare or complex technology environment.
- Experience supporting enterprise applications and customer-facing technology services.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare information systems and healthcare operations.
