Duties Include:
* Lead the end-to-end delivery of business and technology initiatives, including scope, schedules, risks, dependencies, resources, and stakeholder communications
* Develop and maintain project roadmaps and integrated delivery plans, ensuring alignment across multiple work streams and teams
* Translate business needs into actionable project plans with defined milestones, timelines, ownership, and success measures
* Manage project intake, prioritization, resource allocation, and workload balancing to support business objectives
* Coordinate cross-functional teams, including business, technical, data, quality assurance, and external partners, to ensure successful project execution
* Facilitate Agile or hybrid project delivery activities, including planning, backlog management, status meetings, and progress reviews
* Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies while escalating concerns and recommending solutions as needed
* Monitor project budgets, staffing, vendor engagements, and overall resource utilization
* Prepare executive-level status updates, project reports, and presentations to support decision-making and stakeholder alignment
* Drive continuous improvement through standardized project management processes, governance, tools, and best practices
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
* PMP certification required
* 7+ years of project or program management experience leading business, technology, or operational initiatives
* Experience managing complex, cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders and interdependent work streams
* Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies
* Proven ability to manage project schedules, risks, dependencies, resources, and stakeholder expectations
* Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences
