Release Train Engineer (RTE)
We are seeking an experienced Release Train Engineer (RTE) to lead planning, execution, flow optimization, and continuous improvement across a large-scale Agile product organization. The ideal candidate will drive cross-functional collaboration, ensure delivery predictability, and promote Agile, Dev Ops, and continuous delivery best practices.

Success Metrics
Develop and leverage dashboards to improve execution predictability and adherence to governance standards. Track key delivery metrics including objective predictability, CI/CO achievement, roadmap delivery, and overall execution performance.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Release Train Engineer (RTE) in large-scale Agile environments. Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks, Dev Ops, SDLC, and continuous delivery practices. Experience facilitating enterprise planning events and managing cross-functional dependencies. Strong coaching, stakeholder management, and communication skills. Ability to use metrics and dashboards to drive performance, predictability, and continuous improvement.
