Job Title: IT & Digital Sourcing Category Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Support strategic sourcing initiatives across IT & Digital categories including Software, SaaS, Cloud, Professional Services, and Managed Services.
- Execute RFx activities (RFI/RFP/RFQ), supplier evaluations, negotiations, and contract administration.
- Review and negotiate technology agreements including SaaS, MSA, SOW, Cloud Services, Software Licensing, and Subscription Agreements.
- Conduct spend analysis, market research, and identify cost optimization opportunities.
- Manage vendor relationships and support contract renewals, pricing negotiations, and supplier performance.
- Partner with IT, Legal, Finance, and business stakeholders throughout the sourcing lifecycle.
- Support Strategic Sourcing Managers on enterprise procurement projects while ensuring compliance with sourcing policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations, or related field.
- 4+ years of IT Procurement or Strategic Sourcing experience.
- Experience sourcing Software, Cloud, SaaS, Technology Services, Professional Services, or Managed Services.
- Knowledge of RFx processes, vendor negotiations, contract review, and supplier management.
- Exposure to technology agreements such as MSA, SOW, SaaS, Cloud, Software Licensing, or Subscription contracts.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-starter with a collaborative, high-energy personality and strong problem-solving mindset.
- Experience with Ariba, Oracle Purchasing, SAP, or other sourcing tools is a plus.
