Develop a roadmap of transformational innovation and support the Store Innovation Team’s vision and strategy;
Develop deep understanding of customer needs, competitor activities, and supplier landscape to create a robust pipeline of transformational innovations;
Work cross-functionally with merchandising, operations, marketing, and digital/IT to gain alignment on innovation objectives;
Develop end-to-end processes for platform tests and accelerate testing through the innovation process;
Prepare presentations for senior leadership on plans, progress, and results
