Package & Release teams
Patch & Vulnerability Management teams
Other enterprise technology stakeholders

The client wants someone who can influence teams, follow up on action items, manage dependencies, and ensure commitments are delivered on time.
4. Backlog & Issue Management Experience
They are looking for someone who can:

Manage remediation backlogs
Track production tasks and open issues
Escalate blockers when necessary
Monitor progress against deadlines
Maintain governance and compliance reporting

Experience with Jira, Azure Dev Ops, Service Now, or similar tracking tools would be valuable.
5. Strong Communication Skills
The candidate must be able to:

Create executive-level status reports
Present risk summaries and remediation plans
Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Provide leadership-ready updates

6. Process Improvement & Automation Mindset
The client wants someone who can:
