Technology Operations Analyst 3

Location: Irving, TX Description: Our client is currently seeking a Technology Operations Analyst 3

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in database access administration, identity and access management, security operations, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience provisioning and managing database access, including user account creation, deletion, role management, and privilege assignment.
• Working knowledge of one or more database technologies, including:
  • Oracle
  • Microsoft SQL Server
  • Teradata
  • PostgreSQL
  • Yugabyte
  • IBM DB2
• Experience utilizing ticketing and service management platforms such as Service Now, Remedy, ART, PAC
  2000, or similar systems.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical and access-related issues.
• Strong customer service, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general reporting tools.
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with evolving priorities.
• Willingness to participate in on-call support rotations and utilize a personal mobile device for business communication as needed.
