The Work

As an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll Consultant, your daily tasks will include:

+ Provide functional/technical support for Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll modules, ensuring system stability and performance.

+ Support implementations of Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll modules, including configuration, testing, and deployment.

+ Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, and design solutions during the implementation phase.

+ Provide end-user support, including troubleshooting, guidance, and training to ensure effective use of HCM Payroll functionalities.

+ Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for HCM Payroll configurations, processes, and procedures.

+ Coordinate with cross-functional, offshore teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful resolution of support issues.

+ Design, build and test Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll reports

This is a hybrid role and will require a minimum of 3 days per week at your local office. Hiring Locations are Atlanta, GA;
Dallas, TX or Tampa FL.

Here's what you need:

+ At least 3 years real-time hands-on functional/technical experience with Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll modules

+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)

Bonus Points If:

+ SQL query experience

+ Oracle Cloud HCM certifications are a plus

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired as set forth below.
