Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for an IT Project Manager for a leading mission-driven organization focused on delivering innovative solutions within the healthcare and technology space. This exciting role is onsite in Texas.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a highly organized and strategic IT Project Manager to lead and drive critical initiatives across technology and operations functions. This role will play a key part in supporting cross-departmental planning, managing resources, and overseeing the successful implementation of complex projects. The ideal candidate brings a collaborative mindset, strong communication skills, and a passion for improving systems that support vital community services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of medium-to-large scale projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
• Manage multiple projects; project timelines, deliverables, and resources, including vendor and stakeholder coordination
• Develop detailed project documentation such as charters, timelines, risk mitigation plans, and progress reports
• Facilitate project design sessions to create and manage the project scope, budget and resources, clarify requirements, and ensure consensus on objectives
• Monitor key milestones and provide regular updates to leadership, identifying and addressing risks proactively
• Support effective user adoption by coordinating training, documentation, and competency validation efforts

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience managing complex, multi-location enterprise level projects in a structured project management environment
• Solid background in project plan creation, and identifying dependencies, risks ahead of time, work with respective stakeholders, knowledge of project planning tools, vendor coordination, and cross-functional collaboration
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach
• Must have hands-on experience in healthcare industry with clinical systems – Epic or Meditech
• Certification in project management methodologies is a plus

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
