AWS Cloud Architect

Job Title

The architect should have solid understanding and experience of migrating applications from on-prem to AWS including both application and data migration. The current application is a micro-services based application running on on-prem private cloud. Architect should be able to define the migration strategy taking into account the fact that this is a live application used by customer so there should be 0 customer impact due to this migration.

Also, should work with the cloud infra team in terms of defining the infra requirements for the project and working with them to provision the right infrastructure. As of right now, we are looking at the following AWS services to be used – EKS, Mongo DB Atlas, MSK, S3. Candidate should have understanding of micro-services architecture so he can help with POCs if required or guide the dev team during migration.
