Lead the organization’s threat intelligence function, managing analysts, intelligence priorities, tooling, vendors, and reporting. Deliver actionable intelligence to Security Operations, Incident Response, Vulnerability Management, Detection Engineering, and executive leadership.
Required Qualifications- 6+ years of experience in threat intelligence, security operations, or incident response, including leadership/mentoring experience.
- Strong knowledge of MITRE ATT&CK, intelligence lifecycle, and structured analytic techniques
. - Proven experience delivering intelligence to executive and board-level audiences
. - Experience managing TIPs, threat feeds, and intelligence vendors.
- Strong collaboration experience with Detection Engineering, IR, and Vulnerability Management.
- Demonstrated people-management skills, including hiring, coaching, and performance management.
- Excellent communication skills and strong analytical judgment.
