- Configure business processes, approvals, and workflow rules.
- Support payroll configuration, earnings, deductions, taxes, and compliance requirements.
- Conduct security audits and access reviews.
- Translate business requirements into scalable Workday configurations.
- Support Workday releases, enhancements, and patch implementations.
- Perform unit testing, SIT, UAT support, and defect resolution.
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Compliance, and IT stakeholders.
- Develop documentation, configuration guides, and knowledge artifacts.
