Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Technology Operations Analyst 2 to join their team. As a Technology Operations Analyst 2, you will be part of the Security team supporting access provisioning and technical troubleshooting. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and excellent customer service, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Technology Operations Analyst 2
Location: Charlotte, Chandler, and Columbus. This position is not remote.
Pay Range:
What's the Job?
- Provision access to end users across various Lines of Business within Wells Fargo.
- Collaborate closely with Database Administrators and Application teams to determine access requirements.
- Manage user accounts by creating, deleting, and granting privileges on platforms such as Oracle, SQL, Teradata, PostgreSQL, Yugabyte, or DB2.
- Utilize ticketing systems like Service Now, ART, Remedy, or Pac
2000 to track and resolve access requests efficiently. - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
What's Needed?
- Minimum of 2+ years’ experience provisioning access on relevant database platforms.
- Experience working with ticketing systems such as Service Now, Remedy, or similar tools.
- Proven troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve technical issues effectively.
- Strong communication skills and customer-focused approach.
- Proficiency in MS Excel is highly desirable.
