You Are:

An AEM Assets & DAM Architect to join as an enterprise solutions architect on AEM Assets implementations — from strategy through execution. You will be a technical authority on AEM architecture, Dynamic Media, Content Hub, asset migration, and Adobe Content Supply Chain integrations.

The Work:
Architecture & Solution Design:
  • Define AEMaaCS / AEM Assets on-prem architectures: taxonomy, metadata schema, folder hierarchy, processing profiles, and rendition strategy
  • Design Dynamic Media configurations — Smart Crop (Prime/Ultimate), Image Presets, Video Profiles, and DM with OpenAPI delivery patterns
  • Architect asset migration solutions (Asset Bulk Import, ETL pipelines) from legacy DAMs, file shares, or hybrid storage
  • Develop integration patterns: AEM Assets Workfront, Adobe Fusion and downstream activation systems
Delivery Leadership:
  • Lead AEM Assets engagements as the senior technical voice — own the architecture runway, resolve escalated design decisions
  • Partner with PMs on SoW scoping, estimation, and staffing; surface technical risk early
  • Mentor junior AEM developers on OSGi, Sling models, HTL, and Cloud Manager CI/CD best practices
Client Advisory & Practice Development:
  • Lead client workshops, architecture reviews, and RFP/orals contributions for DAM and Content Supply Chain pursuits
  • Provide platform advisory across the DAM landscape (AEM Assets, Bynder, Aprimo, Frontify) to guide buy/build/integrate decisions
  • Build reusable accelerators, POVs, and implementation guides; stay current on Adobe product roadmap and evangelize internally
  • Build SAP ERP technology solutions that transform clients’ Program and Portfolio Management functions.
  • Contribute to large-scale, global work streams requiring specific knowledge of SAP within the EPPM/PML function
  • Lead teams to design, set-up, test, and deploy prototype and production SAP EPPM (Enterprise Portfolio and Project Management) solutions and ensure that all the pieces work together seamlessly
  • Work with the project team, team leaders, project delivery leads, and client stakeholders to create stand‑out SAP EPPM offerings powered by SAP
  • Analyze technical and functional integration requirements
  • Guide the testing cycles teams as well as perform cutover activities as required for go‑live preparation

Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements

Here’s What You Need:
  • Minimum of 5 years as an AEM architect or Senior Developer
  • Deep, hands‑on AEM Assets expertise across:
  • AEMaaCS / AEM 6.x architecture, configuration, and operational models
  • Metadata schema design, search indexing, AI‑assisted tagging
  • Processing Profiles, Workflow models, rendition management
  • Dynamic Media:
Smart Crop tiers, Image Presets, Video Profiles, DM with OpenAPI
  • Content Hub setup, configuration, and governance
  • Experience leading enterprise‑scale AEM Assets migration including: tooling selection, metadata mapping, post‑migration audit
  • Deep experience and expertise with AEM dev fundamentals: OSGi/Felix, Sling, JCR, HTL/Sightly, Cloud Manager pipelines
  • Cloud infrastructure fluency for AEMaaCS:
Azure Blob/AWS S3, CDN, Enhanced Security environment constraints
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience (If an, Associate’s Degree with 6 years of work experience)
Bonus Points If:
  • You have a Adobe Workfront and/or Fusion integration patterns (Workfront → AEM Assets supply chain flows)
