Accenture Flex employees work in their local metro area onsite at the project, significantly reducing and/or eliminating the demands to travel.

• Ability to design and recommend governance structures and control frameworks for the ongoing management of data.
• Demonstrated ability to perform root cause analysis and make recommendations for the remediation of data governance and quality issues.
• Personal initiative to find opportunities, lead change, improve processes, and solve problems.

• Risk Management Understands the basic elements of risk and control within the organization.
• Financials Resource Management Basic understanding of financial data and the impact that their role has within a team.
• Planning Execution Process Actively participates in planning ceremonies. Has the ability to complete a task or story against plan or sprint commitment. Demonstrates working knowledge of Agile and Waterfall frameworks.
• Test Engineering Has general awareness of testing practices but has not been involved in hands on testing.
• Dev Ops Release Automation Basic knowledge of automation and continuous delivery practices. Ability to participate in their role and utilize necessary tools with minimal guidance.
• Application Data Architecture Basic awareness of architecture and design. Ability to comply with bank standards for information security and business architectures.
• Promotes Collaboration Collaborates within a team. Seeks ways to develop cross team collaboration skills and build trust.
• Influences Decisions Ability to participate in discussions, process information, and contribute to decision making.

• Minimum 3+ years of experience working with data management, data analytics and or governance.
• Capability to evaluate business needs and risks broadly across the enterprise.
• Advanced communication and influencing skills that can be used across a diverse audience, including senior management, which drive results without unnecessary conflict.
• Associate's Degree

• Experience with DB PostgreSQL strongly preferred.

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired as set forth below.
