Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to the Data Middleware SRE platform.
• Identify, recommend, and implement enhancements to improve system performance, stability, and efficiency.
• Utilize monitoring tools effectively to proactively identify and address potential issues, ensuring high service availability.
• Conduct thorough troubleshooting and root cause analysis for data middleware service disruptions and performance degradation, implementing timely and effective corrective actions.
• Analyze system logs to pinpoint underlying causes of issues and propose preventative measures.

Required Skill and

Experience:

• Demonstrated expertise as Data MW SRE platform administration and support.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve intricate technical problems.
• Strong understanding of performance tuning and system optimization within an MQ, Tibco environment.
• Experience with monitoring tools and implementing preventive strategies.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Proactive approach to problem identification and resolution.

Mandatory

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000. Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
