Hybrid Role:
Scrum Master And Pre Production Support Engineer
Location:
Irving, TX or Charlotte, NC (onsite) Local candidates preferred. We are looking for someone to work in a hybrid role across Release Management as a Scrum Master and in Pre Production environment support as an engineer.
Release Management role:
Manage Digital releases through SDLC phases – testing, compliance, and implementation coordination
Release artifacts managed in Enterprise tools of Jira and Service Now
Experienced in managing work as scrum master and project manager
Pre Production Support engineer:
Support of lower environment Problem Incident support for feature development and release environments. Would be responsible for coordinating across development, DBA, and enterprise partners
Responsible for supporting a variety of testing tasks such as switch enablement, testing down, and debug enabling
Incident support through Enterprise Jira Service Desk
Experienced as a system support/operations engineer
Required Qualifications:
5+ years experience with Agile practices, and frameworks (e.g., Kanban, Scrum, etc.
