NetSuite Administrator

The Net Suite Administrator will serve as the primary owner of the organization’s Net Suite ERP environment, overseeing administration, security, performance, support, integrations, and continuous improvement. This role partners with Accounting, Finance, Operations, Sales, and IT to translate business requirements into scalable system solutions while leading enhancements from planning through production.

• Administer and maintain Net Suite configuration, security, availability, performance, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
• Partner with business stakeholders to identify requirements and implement effective Net Suite solutions.
• Manage support requests, system issues, enhancements, and platform improvements.
• Lead projects through requirements gathering, scoping, testing, documentation, training, and deployment.
• Configure and enhance functionality using Suite Flow, Suite Script, and Suite Analytics.
• Develop Saved Searches, reports, dashboards, workflows, and process automations.
• Build, maintain, and troubleshoot integrations with third-party and internal applications.
• Ensure data accuracy, system reliability, and alignment with accounting principles and SOX controls.
• Coordinate test-case development, user acceptance testing, issue resolution, and end-user training.
• Support reporting and business intelligence initiatives using Power Apps and Power BI.
• Evaluate new Net Suite releases and identify opportunities to improve automation, efficiency, and platform utilization.

• 5+ years of Net Suite administration, implementation, enhancement, or ERP project experience.
• Strong hands-on experience administering and configuring Net Suite ERP.
• Experience with Suite Flow, Suite Script, Suite Analytics, Saved Searches, reports, dashboards, and workflows.
• Experience building and supporting Net Suite integrations.
• Strong understanding of ERP systems, accounting processes, and business operations.
• Project management experience involving requirements gathering, testing, UAT, documentation, stakeholder communication, and deployment.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple support issues, enhancements, integrations, and projects simultaneously.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Net Suite Suite Foundation or Administrator certification.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, or Dev Ops environments.
• Experience with Power Apps and Power BI.
• Knowledge of SOX controls and ERP compliance requirements.

• The ideal candidate is a hands-on Net Suite professional who can serve as both a technical platform owner and strategic business partner. This individual will be comfortable resolving day-to-day issues while leading system enhancements, integrations, automation, reporting, and optimization initiatives across multiple business functions.
