SummaryThis position supports the Court Order Compliance group in a high-volume environment. The role involves data entry of legal processes into the workflow management system, requiring confidentiality, attention to detail, independent work, and problem-solving abilities.
Responsibilities- Enter customer and account data from source documents within time limits by following policies and procedures.
- Handle calls and manage a high volume of dynamic customer service or dispatch-like interactions.
- Compile, verify accuracy, and sort information to prepare source data for computer entry.
- Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities, and check output.
- Resolve deficiencies using standard procedures or return incomplete documents to the team lead/supervisor for resolution.
- Perform administrative tasks such as copying, filing, sorting, and mail distribution.
- Understanding of and willingness to learn basic legal concepts, terminology, principles, and procedures.
- Ability to work independently with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficient typing and transcription skills.
- Strong computer and technical skills.
- Organizational and time management abilities.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Commitment to working as part of a team.
- Customer service experience is a plus.
- Any legal background, education, or experience is preferred, though a paralegal certificate is not required.
The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is:$22.00 - $23.00/hour
. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
