- Optimize the flow of value from generation of ideas to release
- Coach your team(s) to create high-value items, while eliminating or reducing rework, waste in the process, etc.
- Promote transparency on barriers to change, progress, and remove or seek assistance in addressing impediments and opportunities
- Enable your team(s) to practice Professional Scrum and other frameworks/techniques that drive agility
- Cultivate a habit of continuous learning (from prior increments, retrospectives, etc.), continuous experimentation, and continuous improvement to reach a high-performing state
- Coach your team(s) to understand (the why) and practice new ways of working
- Serve as internal trainers contributing to the learning and development of one or more team(s)
- Coach Product Owners/Managers with techniques for establishing empirical product planning and maintaining a healthy Product Backlog
- Maintain, share, and promote information radiators that enable inspection and adaptation
- Coach teams to self-organize and facilitate events, as necessary
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related discipline or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- 5+ years serving as a Scrum Master, Scrum Lead, Agile Delivery Lead, or similar role.
- 7+ years working within Agile software development environments.
- Experience supporting medium-to-large scale enterprise technology initiatives.
1. Agile Delivery Leadership
- Proven experience leading Agile delivery teams.
- Deep understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to drive execution and remove delivery impediments.
Strong experience with:
- Aha!
- Microsoft Teams
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders across Product, Engineering, UX, Architecture, QA, and Business teams.
- Strong facilitation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
- SAFe Advanced Scrum Master (SASM)
- Experience supporting mobile application development teams
- Experience in the airline, travel, hospitality, or transportation industry
- Knowledge of Dev Ops and CI/CD practices
- Experience with distributed and globally dispersed teams
- Familiarity with digital customer-facing applications
- Exposure to Lean Portfolio Management practices
