The Workforce & Organization (W&O) capability is Capgemini Invent's people-led transformation practice, focused on helping organizations adapt their workforce, operating models, and ways of working to deliver sustainable business outcomes. Within PCA, SAP S/4 Tech Change roles align organizational change, workforce readiness, training, digital adoption, process standardization, cutover, and sustained adoption for SAP and ERP programs.

Your Role You will coordinate SAP S/4

HANA training execution and lead Walk Me and digital adoption delivery across formal training and performance-support channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate integrated training plans and content development.
• Manage milestones, dependencies, reviews, and readiness.
• Lead Walk Me Smart Walk-Thrus, Smart Tips, Launchers, and guidance assets.
• Translate process inputs into adoption deliverables.
• Coordinate SMEs, change teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Support UAT, go-live, and hypercare readiness.
• Maintain governance and reporting.
• Improve content through feedback.

Your Skills + Experience You bring strong AI literacy, including core AI and generative AI concepts, and understand how these capabilities apply to enterprise transformation. You are able to identify and support AI-enabled opportunities that improve business outcomes and delivery effectiveness, and you have experience working in AI-augmented ways of working to enhance research, analysis, and solution development. You collaborate effectively across strategy, technology, data, and design to enable AI-driven solutions, with a solid understanding of responsible AI principles such as ethics, privacy, security, and governance.

You demonstrate curiosity and a continuous learning mindset around emerging AI capabilities and their practical application in client environments.

Required Experience
• Training project management, change, digital adoption, or ERP implementation experience.
• Training workplan and content-timeline experience.
• SAP S/4

HANA or ERP familiarity.
• Walk Me, SAP Enable Now, Whatfix, or similar experience.
• Strong stakeholder and project coordination.
• Matrixed team experience.

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $105,600 - $199,480.Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting.
