• What kind of training will I receive? We provide top-notch product and sales training tailored for our agency.
• Is prior insurance sales experience required? Nope. You don’t need any prior knowledge about insurance or sales. We’ve got you covered with all the training you’ll need to thrive.
• Will I need to find or purchase my own leads? Absolutely not. We provide all the leads you’ll ever need.

• Is this commission-only? Not  compensation plan is the most competitive in the state. You ll start with a base salary of $36,000, plus receive a great commission plan on top of that.
• What can I expect to make in my first year? A Sales Agent who consistently meets their goals can expect to make $100K annually.
