Octane Lending is seeking an Underwriter to work with dealer partners across engagement levels, helping them navigate underwriting guidelines and the contracting platform. The role supports the sales team and aims to increase monthly funded loan counts with a strong customer service focus.
Candidates should understand DTI, PTI, and LTV, and be able to explain the regression model used in decisioning and terms. Shift is 10 AM–7 PM CST with rotating Saturdays.
