We're seeking a Regional Parts Specialist to join a growing team supporting customers across the United States. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping customers, solving problems, and learning technical products in a fast-paced environment.
In this position, you'll be the primary point of contact for customers who need replacement parts for CNC machinery and industrial equipment. You'll work with customers to identify the correct parts, ask detailed questions to understand their needs, and coordinate with internal technical teams to ensure accurate and timely solutions.
Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries regarding replacement parts and equipment needs
- Ask detailed questions to identify the correct parts and technical requirements
- Process quotes, orders, and customer requests
- Communicate with customers regarding order status and solutions
- Work closely with internal technical support teams
- Prioritize urgent requests and deliver timely resolutions
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Build strong relationships through exceptional customer service
- Strong customer service or account support experience
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to learn technical concepts and products quickly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Customer-focused mindset with a strong sense of urgency
- CNC machinery knowledge
- Manufacturing, industrial, mechanical, or automotive experience
- Parts coordination, parts sales, inside sales, or technical customer support experience
- Experience supporting customers with technical products or equipment
