Litigation Consultant - MN Licensed

A company is looking for a Litigation Consultant specializing in General Liability and Bodily Injury, with a preference for candidates in Minnesota or those seeking remote opportunities.

Key Responsibilities Review and act on reports/forms, respond to inquiries, and seek legal opinions for early resolution Handle high-end cases with serious injuries and complex coverage scenarios, developing strategies for resolution Coordinate with local counsel, manage settlements, and participate in mediations, trials, or hearings as needed

Required Qualifications , Training, and Education Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred;
Juris Doctorate (JD) preferred Ten years of experience handling litigation, including five years in claims management or equivalent education and experience Experience in identifying and formulating defense strategies Ability to manage subrogation opportunities and related processes Experience in coordinating with clients and legal counsel
