Required Qualifications At least 8 years of experience in public company matters and transactions Deep understanding of SEC reporting requirements and federal securities laws JD and admission to at least one US state bar Combination of prior law firm and in-house corporate law experience is a plus Familiarity with ASX listing requirements for foreign-exempt filers is a plus
