Shift Schedule and Pay
13‑week seasonal contract, nights only. 3–12 hour shifts, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM. Positions are not self‑scheduling.
Pay and bonuses:
- $51 seasonal hourly rate
- $1,500 completion bonus for meeting minimum productive time
- Shift differentials: $3.50 for evenings, $5 for nights, $6 for weekends (stackable)
Full‑time seasonal weekly requirements: three 12‑hour shifts each week for the 13‑week contract (first week is orientation and excluded). Weekend requirements mirror regular full‑time, rotating weekends. After the assignment you will be a Baylor employee with the possibility of converting to a regular full‑time, part‑time, or PRN role.
