Key Account Manager – Onsite

The Key Account Manager – Onsite is responsible for coordinating the day-to-day operations and relationship with select MnP customers, including coordinating logistics, creating and sharing reports, updating system records, and identifying and addressing operational opportunities.

This position is within the Operations department and reports to the Regional Operations Manager.

• Communicate with customers regarding their account, shipments, locations, and inventory
• Coordinate shipment and logistics activities with internal and external logistics providers
• Manage customer implementations and projects
• Prepare data and reports for internal and external review
• Assist with the operations and management of the MnP facility
• Any other task as reasonably assigned

The ideal candidate will hold the following qualifications and have the following experience. At the company’s own discretion, other relevant experience or demonstrated skills may be accepted in lieu of experience or qualifications.

• High school diploma required / Bachelor's degree preferred
• 2 years of relevant الأسعار experience / 5 preferred
• Six Sigma Experience preferred

• Office Suite, especially Excel, SharePoint, and Teams
• WMS, TMS, and other Logistics Applications
• Global Logistics Coordination
