In this role, you will lead the implementation and optimization of Non Acute contracts for Vizient clients by coordinating contract connections, analyzing spend and pricing opportunities, and supporting successful onboarding.
Responsibilities- Lead multiple implementation and contract connection projects for Vizient Non Acute clients.
- Build and maintain collaborative relationships with clients, distributors, suppliers, account executives, and internal business partners.
- Partner with Account Executives and analysts to review contract, cost, and tier analyses and develop implementation plans.
- Prepare and submit contract activation documentation, including Online Tier Activation (OTA), Letter of Commitment (LOC), Letter of Participation (LOP), and Contract Price Activation (CPA) requests.
- Monitor contract activation progress and follow up with suppliers and distributors to ensure contract connections and pricing tiers are completed accurately.
- Resolve contract request denials, pricing discrepancies, and implementation exceptions in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Participate in client meetings to assess implementation needs and support service strategies with Account Executives.
- Respond to client inquiries, conduct research, and provide timely issue resolution related to contracts, pricing, and implementation activities.
- Maintain accurate client membership records and contract data to support successful implementations and ongoing operational excellence.
- Identify opportunities to improve implementation processes, strengthen client outcomes, and enhance operational efficiency.
- Relevant degree preferred.
- 2 or more years of relevant experience required.
- Experience in healthcare, supply chain, healthcare distribution, or supplier operations required.
- Experience supporting health system supply chain functions, including materials management, supply expense management, or contract optimization preferred.
- Knowledge of contract pricing processes, supplier relationships, and distribution operations preferred.
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients, suppliers, distributors, and cross‑functional teams.
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and critical problem‑solving skills.
- Demonstrated project management, organization, and prioritization skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
- Willingness to travel.
Estimated Hiring Range: $59,600.00 to $. This position is also incentive eligible.
