Job TitleLead Architect, Maestro Kinaxis Solutions – Supply Chain Planning
Key Responsibilities- Solution Ownership & Design
- Own the overall Kinaxis solution architecture across Demand, Supply, S&OP/IBP, and Control Tower (as applicable).
- Lead solution design decisions, ensuring alignment with business strategy and planning maturity.
- Execute fit‑gap analysis, configuration strategy, and design sign‑off.
- Apply Kinaxis best practices while balancing necessary customizations.
- Delivery & Execution
- Partner with system integrators (e.g., Accenture) to oversee configuration, integrations, data loads, and testing.
- Serve as the primary Kinaxis functional escalation point during delivery.
- Stakeholder & Governance Management
- Lead planning stakeholders as the business‑facing solution owner.
- Facilitate design workshops, executive reviews, and decision forums.
- Provide status, risk, and mitigation updates to program leadership and support go/no‑go decisions.
- Functional & Technical Expertise
- Strong experience with Kinaxis Rapid Response for Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and S&OP/IBP.
- Deep understanding of end‑to‑end supply chain planning processes and ERP integrations (SAP S/4 preferred).
- Familiarity with data models, interfaces, and planning master data.
- Leadership & Delivery
- Proven experience leading large‑scale Kinaxis implementations.
- Effective stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
- Experience working with global, cross‑functional teams.
- Ability to balance strategic vision with hands‑on execution.
- Certifications (Preferred) APICS CPIM, CSCP, or CLTD;
Kinaxis Rapid Response Author or Contributor certifications highly desirable.
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, engineering, business, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in supply chain planning, operations, or transformation roles.
- Demonstrated leadership in cross‑functional supply chain projects.
- Track record implementing advanced planning systems such as Kinaxis Rapid Response, Maestro, SAP IBP, O9, or similar.
- Experience leading end‑to‑end system implementations, including design, configuration, integration, testing, deployment, and hyper‑care.
- Background in complex, fast‑paced environments (life sciences or similar industries preferred).
- Experience in large‑scale programs with multimillion‑dollar budgets and globally distributed teams.
General office demands; relocation assistance/allowance is not budgeted for this position.
Compensation & BenefitsBase pay range: $156,400 – $260,600. Compensation is based on performance, experience, skills, equity, and market conditions.
