Customer Service Administrator

Company: Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain and Storage Client

Title: Logistics /CSR Admin

Duration: 6-months with potential extensions and/or conversion

Location: Irving, TX

Shift: 1pm - 10pm CST

Interviews: 1 round (20-30 minutes) during the weeks of 7/13 & 7/20

Pay Rate: $18hr - $20hr

Core Responsibilities

• High-volume data entry and administrative support
• Reviewing reports and inventory records
• Investigating and resolving inventory discrepancies
• Troubleshooting freight that is out of place or delayed
• Communicating with customers regarding shipments, inventory, and related issues
• Providing customer service and resolving operational problems
• Working cross-functionally to ensure inventory and shipment accuracy

Preferred Background

• Experience in logistics, transportation, warehousing, inventory management, or supply chain operations
• Experience working with reports, inventory systems, or shipment tracking tools
• Previous experience handling customer escalations or resolving service issues
