Supply Chain Specialist - Grand Prairie

Job Summary
:

The Supply Chain Specialist is responsible for supporting daily logistics and warehouse operations and serves as the primary liaison between SENA Technologies and its third-party logistics (3PL) provider. This role ensures timely and accurate order fulfillment, facilitates effective cross-functional communication, and contributes to ongoing process improvement initiatives within the supply chain function.

Key Responsibilities
:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for daily operations and communications with the 3PL warehouse.
• Coordinate logistics requirements with internal stakeholders and external customers to ensure seamless execution.
• Communicate daily activities and ad hoc requests with 3PL partners to support timely order processing and shipment.
• Gather and disseminate planning and scheduling information between internal departments and external partners.
• Assist in the development, revision, and maintenance of supply chain workflows and documentation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues, escalating as necessary.
• Leverage ERP system data to support inventory management, order tracking, and performance reporting.
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned in support of supply chain operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with ERP or CRM systems (Net Suite experience preferred).
• Strong understanding of cross-functional dynamics in a supply chain or logistics environment.
• Ability to adapt quickly to new tools, systems, and processes.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
