• Perform general maintenance daily, responding to resident requests through the work order program; repair plumbing, electrical, and appliance issues.
• Conduct daily light‑bulb walk‑around inspections, ensuring all public‑area bulbs are operational.
• Handle daily maintenance for building systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and kitchen equipment.
• Maintain organization of all storage and equipment areas.
• Perform daily and assigned painting projects in all common and office areas.

• Experience in janitorial/maintenance work preferred; familiarity with minor repair techniques for structural, electrical, plumbing, security, and HVAC systems required.
• Experience in building safety and hazard reduction helpful.
