Commercial Cleaning Technician

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Part-Time Janitor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitary environment for clients in and around Arlington, TX.

The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, is safety conscious, pays attention to detail, and understands the importance of cleanliness in a professional setting.

• Perform routine cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, breakrooms, common areas, windows, and walls.
• Empty trash receptacles and dispose of trash in designated containers.
• Use appropriate chemical agents to disinfect surfaces and high‑touch areas.
• Monitor and restock cleaning supplies as needed.
• Assist with special cleaning projects as assigned.
• Work collaboratively with the team to meet Service Master cleaning standards.
• Communicate professionally with clients and address specific cleaning needs.
• Report any issues or concerns, including supply shortages or equipment malfunctions, to the supervisor.
• Follow company and client safety procedures.

• Previous janitorial or cleaning experience preferred but not required; training provided.
• Ability to read and follow safety guidelines and use personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
• Excellent time management skills to complete tasks within the allotted time.
• Must be able to work at different sites.

• 1-3 years experience.
• Availability to work 15-20 hours per week.
• Availability to work mornings and/or evenings.
• Reliable transportation.
• Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
