Cleaning Supervisor

Position Summary Whitlock Building Services is seeking an experienced Bilingual Shift Supervisor to lead janitorial teams, maintain quality standards, and ensure exceptional service for our clients. This hands-on leadership role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys developing people, and leads by example.

Key Responsibilities
· Complete and submit Quality Inspection Reports.
· Maintain and enforce the Whitlock Building Services (WBS) Quality Standard.
· Organize workflow and ensure team members understand their duties and delegated tasks.
· Train, mentor, and supervise cleaning team members.
· Monitor productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching.
· Communicate effectively with client representatives, contractors, and WBS upper management.
· Work effectively with limited supervision while making sound decisions.
· Provide exceptional, professional cleaning services within the assigned scope of work.
· Observe and enforce all workplace safety guidelines and company policies.
· Conduct shift huddles and assign daily tasks.
· Ensure SOP and quality compliance.
· Address attendance, performance, and operational issues promptly.
· Promote teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications
· Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
· Previous janitorial or facility services supervisory experience preferred.
· Strong leadership and communication skills.
· Ability to train and motivate employees.
· Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
· Reliable transportation and valid driver's license preferred.
· Ability to work overnight shifts and perform physical cleaning duties as needed.
