- Supervise and coordinate daily shipping warehouse operations to ensure productivity, quality, and service level expectations are met.
- Lead, coach, and develop warehouse associates through regular feedback, performance management, and ongoing communication.
- Promote and maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety policies.
- Establish department goals, define priorities, and plan initiatives to support operational strategies and business objectives.
- Monitor workflow, labor utilization, and equipment usage to maximize efficiency and throughput.
- Capture, analyze, and interpret operational data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement process improvements to support current operations and future business needs.
- Partner with Operations Management and support teams to align departmental execution with facility-wide objectives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standard operating practices.
- Proven leadership experience in a warehouse, distribution, or operations environment preferred.
- Strong people-management skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and hold teams accountable.
- Knowledge of warehouse safety standards and best practices.
- Ability to analyze data, identify operational opportunities, and execute improvement plans.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Flexible, hands-on leader capable of adapting to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Minimum two years of job-related experience required.
$70,000-$75,000
