Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Video Monitoring Supervisor to lead a team of Video Monitoring Leads and Intervention Specialists. This role oversees day-to-day team performance, ensures service level goals are consistently met, reinforces SOP compliance, and supports the continued development of on-shift staff.
This Supervisor plays a critical role in workflow management, coaching, performance oversight, and maintaining the high standards required within our secure monitoring operations.
Netwatch North America provides fully paid training for all new Video Monitoring Supervisor as part of the onboarding process. Training takes place Monday through Friday, from 1:00 PM to 9:30 PM, and lasts for two weeks.
The Video Monitoring Supervisor position is classified as nonexempt, and any hours worked greater than 40 will be paid in accordance with applicable state regulations. Our employees are paid on a weekly basis.
Primary Responsibilities- Manage and support a team of Video Monitoring Leads and Intervention Specialists.
- Ensure service level goals are met daily and month-over-month.
- Maintain compliance with client and company Standard Operating Procedures.
- Organize team workflows to ensure exceptional service delivery.
- Report service level successes and failures to leadership promptly.
- Provide coaching, feedback, and on-shift directions to employees.
- Support employee development and training initiatives.
- Address performance or attendance issues quickly and appropriately.
- Promote company Core Values and foster a positive, collaborative team environment.
- Respond to incoming alarms when needed.
- Participate in on-call support for Disaster Recovery operations.
- One (1) year or more of Lead or Supervisor experience in the alarm monitoring industry.
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of systems, processes, procedures and
- protocols.
- Ability to identify employee training needs through remote and in-person evaluations.

- Excellent planning and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail skills.
- Strong critical thinking skills and ability to exercise good judgement under pressure.

- Ability to work holidays when a holiday falls on scheduled work-shift and/or if required.

This is a full-time, non-exempt position. Employees are expected to work both weekend days and holidays if they fall on their scheduled shift. Employees typically remain on their assigned shift for a minimum of one year before being eligible to request a shift change.
