** As Service Manager, you set the tone for the entire Service Department. You lead with clarity and purpose, ensuring customers are cared for, technicians are supported, and the business runs strong. ** What You’ll Do
*** Provide strategic direction and day-to-day leadership for the Service Department, owning financial performance (P&L), pricing, processes, and customer satisfaction
* Lead, coach, and develop service team members, building a high-performing team grounded in accountability and respect
* Champion a Safety First culture by leading meetings, ensuring compliance, and partnering with Environmental Health & Safety to address and investigate incidents
* Oversee workflow, vendor relationships, training initiatives, and operational standards to ensure efficiency and profitability##
