Position: Warehouse Department Manager, 5:30pm–3:30am shift (on-site)

• Oversee daily shipping warehouse operations to ensure productivity, quality, and service level expectations are met.
• Lead, coach, and develop warehouse associates through regular feedback, performance management, and ongoing communication.
• Promote and maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety policies.
• Establish department goals, define priorities, and plan initiatives to support operational strategies and business objectives.
• Monitor workflow, labor utilization, and equipment usage to maximize efficiency and throughput.
• Capture, analyze, and interpret operational data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Develop and implement process improvements to support current operations and future business needs.
• Partner with Operations Management and support teams to align departmental execution with facility-wide objectives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standard operating practices.

• Proven leadership experience in a warehouse, distribution, or operations environment preferred.
• Strong people-management skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and hold teams accountable.
• Knowledge of warehouse safety standards and best practices.
• Ability to analyze data, identify operational opportunities, and execute improvement plans.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Flexible, hands-on leader capable of adapting to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum two years of job-related experience required.

Salary Range: $70,000-$75,000
