Develop and manage sales plans for delegated categories and support Senior CM in overall category sales planning;
Facilitate vendor meetings and negotiate for delegated categories; support Product Director and Senior Category Manager on pricing and cost negotiations;
Own and manage vendor relationships for assigned small categories and collaborate with Logistics to ensure stable supply;
Lead national schematics and coordinate regional sets to align with national strategy; track key sales metrics;
Oversee in-store testing of potential new products and promotional activity within delegated categories
