Position Summary

The Global Order Fulfillment Supervisor oversees end-to-end order processing operations across all regions, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders. This role acts as a critical liaison between regional offices, purchasing, sales, and global general managers to align order priorities and support customer satisfaction goals. The Supervisor will manage the creation of customer pick lists, ensure shipping deadlines are met, and coordinate bi‑monthly meetings with international teams to review fulfillment status, address issues, and streamline processes.

Key Responsibilities Order Fulfillment Management
  • Supervise and coordinate the global order fulfillment process from order receipt through shipment.
  • Ensure customer pick lists are generated accurately and on schedule for all regions.
  • Monitor and enforce fulfillment timelines to meet customer and project deadlines.
  • Work with warehouse teams and regional coordinators to track real‑time order status.
Global Collaboration
  • Act as a central point of contact for regional offices, sales teams, purchasing, and general managers.
  • Lead bi‑monthly meetings with international teams to review open orders, backlogs, fulfillment KPIs, and shipping schedules.
  • Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to resolve order delays or fulfillment barriers.
Process Improvement
  • Identify bottlenecks in the fulfillment process and recommend or implement improvements.
  • Develop and document SOPs for global order management and fulfillment procedures.
Communication & Reporting
  • Generate and distribute weekly fulfillment status reports, including pick list activity, order progress, and exceptions.
  • Provide escalation support for high‑priority or delayed orders to ensure rapid resolution.
  • Communicate regularly with purchasing and inventory teams to align on material availability and shipping readiness.
Compliance & Coordination
  • Ensure export, shipping, and documentation compliance for all outbound international shipments.
  • Coordinate with finance and operations to verify order and shipment documentation is complete and accurate.
Qualifications
  • 3–5 years of experience in order fulfillment, and supply chain operations, preferably in a global or multi‑regional environment.
  • Strong understanding of international shipping, fulfillment processes, and ERP/order management systems.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to lead cross‑functional discussions and drive accountability across departments.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, ERP systems (e.g., Net Suite, SAP, Quick Books, MiSys, Sim Pro), and logistics platforms.
  • Experience creating or managing pick lists, shipping schedules, and fulfillment metrics.
  • Comfortable working across time zones and leading virtual meetings with international teams.
Preferred Skills
  • Background in manufacturing, hardware, or technical equipment distribution.
  • Experience with KPI‑driven fulfillment environments.
  • Familiarity with international trade documentation and compliance.
Working Conditions
  • May require early morning or late‑night availability to accommodate global time zones.
  • Occasional travel to regional offices or distribution centers may be required.
