Provide end-to-end operational and financial leadership for the Components MRO business, ensuring profitable performance, operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and customer satisfaction.
The Director translates strategic objectives into actionable business plans, drives execution across commercial and operational functions, and ensures sustainable growth aligned with corporate goals.
Key Responsibilities- Manage overall P&L performance of the Components business within approved strategic framework.
- Execute the business strategy aligned with corporate objectives and growth plans.
- Drive revenue growth, margin improvement, cost optimization, and working capital performance.
- Ensure operational excellence, turnaround time, quality standards, and on-time delivery.
- Lead capability development, portfolio expansion, and make/buy recommendations.
- Develop and lead cross‑functional teams across operations, engineering, supply chain, and support functions.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory (FAA/EASA), safety, quality, and contractual requirements.
- Support pricing strategies, customer negotiations, and commercial agreements.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives and productivity programs.
- Represent the Components organization in customer and internal leadership forums.

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business (required)
- MBA or Master’s degree (preferred)
- Must be bilingual English and Spanish.
- 8–12 years of experience in MRO or aviation components
- Proven experience managing operational performance and P&L responsibility
- Experience leading technical and cross‑functional teams
- Strong business acumen
