Project Executive

TRC Talent Solutions is hiring for a Project Executive to join our team in Dallas!

Responsibilities

• Document best practices to share across projects; ensure optimal construction methods are used
• Manage claims; identify and resolve potential claims with subcontractors and suppliers
• Protect and promote the interests of the Company; ensure all compensation for work performed is received
• Assist the Project Manager with problem and conflict resolution
• Manage the scope of work and maintain full mastery of contract documents
• Support the achievement of EEO goals
• Manage the financial aspects of contracts; ensure job margin analysis is completed regularly
• Set and monitor safety, quality, schedule, cost, and owner relationship goals
• Manage multiple projects and Project Managers as needed
• Ensure proper project billing; review and negotiate potential change orders with the owner
• Direct and ensure timely completion of project close-out activities

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university and 10 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Related project experience in the markets served
