Senior Project Manager

TRC Talent Solutions is hiring for a Senior PM in Dallas, TX!

• Strong experience in healthcare construction (ORs, ERs, hospital floors, MOBs)
• Long tenure and proven leadership are critical
• Ability to manage multiple projects and mentor PMs
• Deep understanding of budgeting, scheduling, and owner relationships
• Must manage culture and team dynamics (Dallas office needs leadership)
• Bachelor’s or Master’s preferred, not required
• Must be local to DFW
• Cannot have applied in the past year

Key Responsibilities

• All PM duties + higher-level leadership:
  • Lead project teams
  • Oversee complex healthcare projects
  • Provide high-level cost control and schedule oversight
  • Resolve escalated subcontractor or client conflicts
  • Guide preconstruction and estimating strategy
  • Shape culture and team performance in Dallas
• Represent company values and mission

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: Higher than PM (exact range not listed, sits between PM and PX)
• Full benefits as listed below
• Bonus (likely mid-teens percentage)
• Auto & phone allowance similar to PM/PX
