A leading service provider is looking for a Custodial Supervisor to oversee cleaning staff and ensure high standards of cleanliness and safety. Responsibilities include conducting inspections, enforcing policies, training employees and maintaining effective relationships with staff and customers. The ideal candidate will have prior supervisory experience, strong customer service skills, and be bilingual in English and Spanish. This role requires physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
