Targeted Marketing Lead — Email & CRM

Support Center - Irving:
Manager - Targeted Marketing is responsible for deepening relationships with customers by planning, developing, and executing email marketing strategies that lead to increased customer response.

• Plan approaches for targeted marketing activities that address all stages of the customer lifecycle and are aligned with company strategic, financial, and brand goals.
• Manage and lead the team to execute email campaigns, including managing the creative development process, guiding selection criteria, managing email testing, and ensuring produced emails meet specified objectives.
• Coordinate with key internal and external partners to ensure success.
• Manage analytic processes in partnership with CRM and Consumer Insights teams, including customer segmentation, test planning, results analysis, and application of actionable improvements.
• Lead and develop direct reports, setting goals, assigning projects, and measuring job performance.

Required knowledge, skills, and abilities include:

• Superior project management skills with attention to detail and accuracy.

• Excellent analytical and cross‑functional teamwork.
• Excellent leadership and motivation skills for team development.
• Experience in CRM or email platforms, e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Movable Ink.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Marketing background.

• 5+ years of CRM or email experience.
• 3+ years of project management experience.
• Experience running and optimizing large‑scale email or marketing programs.
• Experience developing programs to improve customer retention.
• Experience leading a team and managing external partners.

• Self‑motivated team member, thriving in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
• Certifications with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Movable Ink are a plus.
