Senior Manager, Cost Control

We are looking for a Senior Manager, Cost Control to oversee cost control teams and manage large‑scale construction and infrastructure project budgets from inception to completion.

• Lead, mentor, and develop onsite cost control teams.
• Ensure strict adherence to cost control processes across all project stages.
• Oversee the creation, validation, and monitoring of project budgets for large‑scale construction and infrastructure projects.
• Manage change order and contract compliance, ensuring fairness and timely resolution of issues.
• Analyze cash‑flow projections and provide actionable insights to senior leadership.
• Report on vendor, subcontractor, and contractor performance, recommending corrective actions when necessary.
• Maintain continuous communication with accounting, finance, project executives, and other stakeholders.
• Prepare comprehensive cost reports, including cash‑flow analysis and monthly financial reviews.
• Assume responsibility for risk management, ensuring project costs remain within approved budgets.
• Lead internal training and mentorship initiatives to build cost‑control capabilities within the team.
• Oversee third‑party cost auditing teams and consultants, ensuring alignment with project financial objectives.

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, financing, accounting, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in cost control, construction, or project management, including senior or leadership roles.
• Deep expertise in construction contract documents, change‑management processes, and budget‑control procedures.
• Advanced proficiency in financial and project‑management software such as Workday, e‑Builder, Procore, and Autodesk Construction Cloud.
• Proven ability to lead teams and provide detailed, accurate financial forecasts throughout all stages of a project lifecycle.
• Strong analytical, communication, and decision‑making skills.
• Leadership experience managing teams that deliver financial forecasts, track project costs, and maintain budgets.
• Knowledge of industry‑specific regulations and best‑practice cost‑control practices.
• Master’s degree or professional certifications such as PMP or CCP are a plus.
• Experience overseeing large‑scale construction or infrastructure projects.
• At least five years of experience in a management or leadership role.
